The Growth Company Skills Support

Skills Support is a programme of services aimed at supporting individuals and businesses to bridge their skills gaps and help people to find work.

Part-funded by the European Social Fund, Skills Support is being delivered by the Growth Company in Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Sheffield City Region in collaboration with Local Enterprise Partnerships and a network of specialist partners.  

Our services have been developed to provide flexible, accessible, local and tailored support to the individuals and businesses who need them. We deliver skills support in three areas - for the workforce, for the unemployed and for young people not currently in education, employment or training.
